Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before booking your home maintenance services with Al Khor Electric.

1. Scope of Services

Al Khor Electric provides residential and commercial maintenance services, including AC repair, plumbing, electrical works, and handyman services in Abu Dhabi (specifcically Al Shamkha, Riyadh City, and surrounding areas). All services are subject to availability and technician scheduling.

2. Booking & Cancellations

Service bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or phone. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. For emergency rapid-response calls, a call-out fee may apply if the service is cancelled after the technician has been dispatched.

3. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is provided as an estimate until a physical inspection is completed. Final quotes will be shared by the technician on-site. Payments are due immediately upon service completion unless an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is in place.

4. Warranty & Parts

We provide a standard 30-day warranty on our workmanship. Spare parts supplied by Al Khor Electric are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. We are not responsible for the failure of customer-supplied parts.

5. Limitation of Liability

Al Khor Electric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the failure of appliances post-repair, except where such liability is mandatory under UAE law. By booking a service, you acknowledge that home maintenance often involves unforeseen structural or wear-and-tear issues.
